Return & Exchange Policy
At Lladology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Simply send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll provide you with a return label and instructions for sending your items back. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund or exchange your item for a different size or color - whichever you prefer. Please note that items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
